Returns & Exchanges

We have made every effort to accurately displathe colours of our product that appear on this website. However, it may vary from screen to screen.

Please note the following:

    1.    We do NOT have a return policy, but we have a 10 days exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.
    2.    Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
    3.    We reserve the right to refuse exchange of items shipped after the 10 days exchange window has expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.
    4.    We cannot accommodate exchanges for AISH items purchased from other retailers including other websites.
    5.    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached in their original packaging.
    6.    We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at hello@aishlife.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations
    7.    Any sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    8.    Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. We do not refund return shipping charges. Payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days after item has been approved for return.
    9.    AISH  is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. AISH does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of return package being lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at AISH’s sole discretion.
    10.    All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.

    All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your order. Orders are shipped within 10 business days. Shipping is free across India.
